Compression-molded magnets are mainly produced by mixing NdFeB melt-spun magnetic powder with thermosetting binders, followed by processes including compression molding, curing, and surface treatment. They feature high material utilization rate, no requirement for machining, high electrical resistivity, and flexible magnetizing methods.
