THMag held the 2020 annual management review & work report meeting

On January 5, 2021, THMag held the IATF 16949 Automobile Industry Quality Management System management review and work report meeting. CEO Alice Chen, deputy manager Yi Yuan, CFO Haichao Zhang, chief engineer Yi Dong andmanagers of each department attended the meeting.

Leaders of each department summarized and reported the work of 2020, and put forward the work plan for 2021. Under the environment of industry homogeneity and fierce competition, the Business Dept. has broken through the various task in indicators set at the beginning of the year, customer satisfaction continues to improve; the Technology R&D Dept. insists on independent innovation, continues to research and develop high-performance products and frontier technology; the Production Dept. overfufilled the production task of 2020 and indicators of cost reduction and efficiency; the Quality Control Dept. continued to carry out overall quality management, effectively completed the quality goals set at the beginning of the year.

2021 is the Lean Production Year of THMag, we will continue to uphold the principle of full participation and pursuit of excellence, make due contributions to the development of RE permanent magnet.
