The third lean production training of THMag was completed successfully

In order to further improve the management level of the company and promote the implementation of lean production,THMag carried out the third phase ofleanproductiontraining from December 16 to 18, and the plant and team leaders of each branch participated in the training.

Through case analysis, group discussion, simulation practice and examination, the training deepens the employees' understanding and application of lean production as well as checking and guiding the improvement items mentioned in the previous training.

2021 is the "lean year" of THMag. Through full participation, we can create unlimited value, implement lean production into the whole production and operation, build a solid foundation for enterprise development, and help improve the quality and efficiency of production and operation!
